Nicolas Mann, a German, just won the Ironman 70.3 Mallorca with incredible style. The top three men finished within 23 seconds of one another in a thrilling final, but Mann emerged victorious. Many of the early favourites stuck together on the bike in a race that was characterised by numerous cycling penalties. However, a number of favourites also quickly lost interest, such as Gustav Iden and Youri Keulen, who were penalised or were unable to keep up with the pace.
