Turning Pain into Passion: How My Daughter Transformed Bullying into a Creative Business
Art has always been a big part of my daughter’s life. Ever since she could hold a pencil, she’s been sketching—on paper, on old notebooks, on the corners of her schoolwork. Her passion for painting only grew stronger over the years, and now she’s studying art at university, chasing her dream of becoming a professional artist.
But dreams don’t always come easy.
During her first year at university, she faced something no young artist should have to experience—bullying. Some of her peers mocked her unique style, ridiculed her drawings, and made her question the very talent that had brought her so much joy. It broke my heart to watch her go through that. But what happened next made me prouder than I’ve ever been.
