Maryland and Rutgers aim for championship seasons in the Big Ten regular-season finale.

A successful season for the victor. In 2014, Kyle Flood led the Scarlet Knights to an 8-5 record, the last winning season at Rutgers. Under Mike Locksley, Maryland is aiming for its third consecutive winning campaign.

Maryland: In terms of passing yards (10,895), passing touchdowns (73), total touchdowns (83), completions (931), completion percentage (66.8), passing efficiency (145.9), and total offence (11,109), Tagovailoa holds the career records for Maryland. He needs 268 yards going into the game to surpass former Purdue player Curtis Painter (11,163) as the Big Ten’s all-time leading passer. Tagovailoa has completed 266 of 406 passes for 3,016 yards, 22 touchdowns, and 10 interceptions on the season. He has completed 46 of 67 passes for 654 yards and four touchdowns in his past two games versus the Scarlet Knights.


Washington, Isaiah, Rutgers. This past weekend against Penn State, the senior wide receiver was the primary target for Gavin Wimsatt, culminating in a career-high five receptions for 55 yards. This willbe the last game of his career at SHI Stadium and his 57th overall. He has 240 yards and a touchdown on 21 catches.

The team is ranked fifth in passing defence (159.1), 11th in total defence (297.0), 11th in fewest sacks allowed (1.09), 11th in fewest tackles-for-loss allowed (3.91), 20th in scoring defence (19.1), 21st in fewest penalties (4.73), and 22nd in fumbles recovered (8).
