Mailbox: Some are supportive, but plenty of Ohio State football fans are angry at Ryan Day

Editor: Oh my goodness! Michigan once more gave me a tongue-punch. One of the worst losses in OSU football history has occurred. OSU lost to a team that was missing its head coach, best offensive lineman, and best cover corner due to injuries sustained during the game. Simply pitiful. Hey Ryan Day, it’s easy to talk tough when you are chowing down on Youngstown, Kentucky, or some ridiculous Notre Dame team that has only ten players on the field during the game’s most crucial play. Is Day the James Franklin of Ohio? With all those highly compensated coaches losing the biggest and most crucial games of the season, how else do you explain the presence of four- and five-star players?
