Media Roundup: What The National Media Is Saying About Michigan Football After Defeating Ohio State
After defeating Ohio State 30–24 on Saturday, Michigan finished the regular season with a 12-0 record for the second time in a row. Though this year’s game was far closer than the previous two, the Wolverines have now defeated the Buckeyes three seasons in a row.
The Buckeyes fought all the way to the very end, when Rod Moore caught Kyle McCord’s second interception of the game.
With a record of 1-3 against the Wolverines, Ohio State coach Ryan Day appears to have a problem with Michigan.
The conversation about the Wolverines in the national media has long been divided. Given the Wolverines’ favorable schedule, some people thought Michigan was a good team, while others weren’t so sure.
But now that Michigan has defeated the Buckeyes, almost everybody is beginning to support the Wolverines.
