Madison: Marisa Moseley, the coach of the Wisconsin Badgers women’s basketball team, has another job to complete while she builds her 2024–25 roster.

She’s trying to find another assistant coach.

The university announced on Saturday that Tiffany Morton, who played one season for UW, will take over as head coach at West Alabama. The Beloit native will take over a Livingston, Alabama, Division II program that finished 6-22 in the previous campaign.

She will begin work on May 1.

“Everyone involved in the process could see that Tiffany is the best person to lead our women’s program moving forward,” interim director of athletics Brett Gilliland of West Alabama stated in a press release. “Tiffany embodies the principles of the athletic department and
