After six seasons, head coach Mike Vrabel and the Tennessee Titans have parted ways, the organization announced on Tuesday. Despite winning Coach of the Year in 2021, Vrabel is coming off two straight losing seasons after leading the Titans to a 6-11 finish in 2023. His final game in charge ended with a 28-20 victory against the Jacksonville Jaguars, ending Tennessee’s division opponents’ hopes of making the playoffs. Following his appointment as head coach in 2018, the 48-year-old led Tennessee to the postseason in three of his six seasons. In 2019, he led his team to the AFC Championship Game, where they were defeated by the Kansas City Chiefs.
