Many are wondering if the Golden State Warriors need to make a trade because things aren’t working out the way they had hoped, but head coach Steve Kerr is holding out hope.

One of the team’s main problems is turnovers; in the game against OKC last week, there were 29 TOs committed by the squad.

Steve Kerr Addresses Trade Speculation at Golden State

People are considering trades because Golden State has gone 14 games without winning the turnover battle and because players like Andrew Wiggins and Klay Thompson are still performing below expectations.

Though head coach Steve Kerr is holding out hope, many are wondering if the Golden State Warriors need to make a trade because things aren’t going as planned.

Turnovers are one of the team’s biggest issues; during last week’s game against OKC, the squad committed 29 TOs.

Given that Golden State has gone 14 games without winning the turnover battle and that players like Andrew Wiggins and Klay Thompson are still playing below expectations, trades are being considered.

However, we must get better in these areas. It is our responsibility as coaches to allow [players] to do that. And after we figure everything out, it’s up to [players] to carry that out. And I have every confidence that it will all come to pass.

Kerr made the decision to have a “college practice” at Grand Canyon College prior to the game because the team had an opportunity to make amends against the Suns.

This season, the Dubs are 0-2 against the Suns, and Phoenix has been without All-Star guard Bradley Beal on both occasions.

Beal is scheduled to play the Warriors again on Tuesday.

It is anticipated that former Suns veteran Chris Paul will play 20 to 30 minutes against Phoenix on Tuesday after missing a game against OKC due to illness.

On November 22, he scored six points and disheveled six assists in their encounter.
