  1. I’m myMatt Painter of Purdue is just the most recent college basketball coach to lament the risks posed by spectators storming the court following his team’s defeat to Nebraska on January 9.

Painter remarked, “We gotta do something about the court storms, guys,” following the Big Ten game in Lincoln, Nebraska. “Why institutions aren’t prepared for it is beyond me. As in, what were you expecting to happen if they prevailed? Like, get the word out there. Before anyone is harmed, get the word out.”
